What is Pipeline?
A personal job-search strategist. Every cycle, we research real companies matching what you told us you want, identify a real hiring contact at each one, and draft an outreach message for you to review. It's not a job board: you're not scrolling listings, you're getting a targeted list of who to contact and what to say.
How much time does this actually save?
A lot. Brian, Pipeline's founder, did this same research by hand for himself before building Pipeline: about 15 hours per search, finding the right companies, finding the right contact at each one, and writing outreach. A Pipeline report replaces that with about 20 minutes of your own time (uploading your resume and answering a short interview) while the research runs in the background.
What happens next cycle?
You get new companies and new roles you haven't seen yet, not the same list again. Pipeline doesn't re-surface companies you've already been shown recently, so each cycle expands your search instead of repeating it.
What's a Primary Champion?
The one real person we found at each company worth reaching out to, usually the hiring manager or the most relevant decision-maker, never a recruiter or a referral contact. Every opportunity centers on one named person, not a generic "apply here" link.
What's a Pursuit Score?
A number we give each opportunity to help you prioritize where to spend your time first. It reflects how well the role matches what you're looking for. It is not a prediction of how likely you are to get hired.
Do you apply to jobs or send messages for me?
No. We prepare the research and write the outreach, and you decide if and when to send it, and you send it yourself. Pipeline never applies or messages anyone on your own behalf.
How much does it cost?

Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every subscriber gets a referral link in Settings. When a friend signs up with it, they get $5 off their first cycle, and you get $5 off your next renewal.
What if my report comes back with fewer than 30-50 opportunities?
We target 30-50 real opportunities every cycle. If your specific criteria genuinely don't have that much real supply that cycle, the report tells you why (not enough real openings, your requirements filtered out most of what we found, or we couldn't confidently find decision-makers at most matching companies) instead of padding it with weak matches just to hit a number.
Can I track my progress?
Yes. Every opportunity has checkboxes for applying and for each next action, so you can pick up right where you left off, whether that's later the same day or coming back in a few days to send a follow-up.
Can I get more than one optimized resume, one per company?
No, one optimized resume per person, tailored to the role you're actually targeting. We don't generate a different version per company, but each opportunity does come with its own resume recommendations if you want to tailor further for that specific role yourself.
How is this different from a job board?
A job board hands you listings and leaves the research to you. Pipeline does the research: the right companies, a real contact who'd actually be involved in hiring you, and a message worth sending. The parts that actually take the time.
Is my resume and personal data safe?
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail. In short, your resume and search preferences are kept for the life of your account, a hiring contact's info is never stored in a shared database across users, and you can request to see, export, or delete your data at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no minimum commitment. Canceling stops future billing right away; the report from your current paid cycle still gets delivered.
