Primary Champion identification
For each opportunity, Pipeline finds one real person, usually the hiring manager or the most relevant decision-maker, never a recruiter or a referral contact. That's who the outreach in your report is written to.
Outreach drafting
An initial email, a follow-up, and a separate LinkedIn connection note for every opportunity, grounded only in facts Pipeline actually verified about the company and the role. You read each one, decide what to send, and send it yourself.
Resume optimization
One resume, tailored to the role you're actually targeting, not a different version per company. It's built to clear an ATS screener and still read well to the person on the other side.

The team behind Pipeline
Brian, founder
Brian did this same research by hand for himself before building Pipeline: about 15 hours per search, finding the right companies, finding the right contact at each one, and writing outreach. He built Pipeline to replace that with about 20 minutes of a candidate's own time, uploading a resume and answering a short interview, while the research runs in the background.
