Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Pipeline, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pipeline.

2. What Pipeline is

Pipeline is a personal job-search research and outreach-preparation tool. For a flat subscription price, we research real job opportunities, identify a real hiring contact at each company, and draft outreach messages for your review. Pipeline does not apply to jobs or send messages on your behalf — every message we prepare is sent by you, if and when you choose to send it.

3. Not a guarantee of employment

The “Pursuit Score” shown on each opportunity is a prioritization tool to help you decide where to focus your effort. It is not a prediction of your likelihood of being hired, and Pipeline does not guarantee any employment outcome.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pipeline. You're responsible for the accuracy of the resume and information you provide us.

5. Subscription & billing

Pipeline is a subscription: $30 billed automatically every week or every 2 weeks (your choice at signup, same price either way), until you cancel. Canceling stops future billing, but the report from your current paid cycle will still be delivered. Payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pipeline to harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to any contact identified in your report
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Pipeline's research or reports
• Provide false information about yourself or your work history

7. Third-party information

The company research, job listings, and Primary Champion contact information in your report come from third-party sources and our own research. We work to keep this accurate, but we don't guarantee that any listing, contact, or piece of company information is current, complete, or error-free at the moment you view it.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your own resume and the information you provide us. Pipeline retains all rights to the platform itself and the format and presentation of your report. Your report is for your own personal job search, not for resale or redistribution.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Pipeline is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific opportunity, contact, or outcome will result from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline's total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without refund for the then-current cycle.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
